It enables prospective end-users to both research and order licenses, learn more about erwin solution capabilities and assess their business requirements. Additionally, it allows erwin to gauge market interest for our new DM subscription offering.

Q: User forgot their password and cannot log in.
A: They can go to shop.erwin.com and reset the password.
Q: Do the monthly subscriptions and yearly subscriptions also include support maintenance?
A: Yes, it will be the same as it is today for clients paying for maintenance.
Q: Who do I reach out to regarding tax exemptions?

Q: Who approves the e-commerce orders?
A: Amber Foley and Paige Waterbury.
Q: What is the turnaround time for the e-commerce orders?
A: Usually orders are completed and approved within a few hours.
Q: I am being charged for another month and only purchased a one-month subscription? I need credit.
A: The e-commerce is auto-billed month by month, if the customer sends an email to AR@erwin.com, we can credit them and cancel their e-commerce order.
