Your 32bit Crystal Report Developer license will be uninstalled when you install CA ERwin 9.64 64bit version. You can use Crystal Reports Developer with ERwin 9.64 64bit version via the ODBC reports and you can import the SQL reports into Crystal Reports Developer edition, but you must obtain Crystal Reports Developer License separately. Please see the Release Notes and Installation Manual for more details.
