How to diagnose Intellprofile metrics?

IntelliProfile calculates threshold values which are based on IntelliProfile analysis of metric historic values. The thresholds severity is determined by the metric baseline monitoring policy.

Sometimes the status is not clear to the user. It may happen because users don't have three months of metric values available and even when they do have them, they usually cannot detect patterns through observing the values.

In order to clarify IntelliProfile results, the data needs to be retrieved from the FMS.

1. Enter to JMX console:
   1. http://<fms-host-name>:<fms-port>/jmx-console/
2. Click on the IntelliProfile-service
3. Invoke the saveToCsvFiles API (click on the Invoke button).
4. The invoke will create CSV file located under <FMS_INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY>\logs\IntelliCsvFiles
   1. Send those file to Dev for diagnostics
5. provide the problematic metric ID.
