Description
An Oracle alert log entry was found with invalid characters:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguements: [SERVERNAME], [], [], []. [], [], [], [].
Received at Tue Aug DD HH:MM:SS UTC YYYY -
Cause
CAUSE 1
Oracle issue that appears to be a common message with Oracle RAC environments.
CAUSE 2
The message identified in the alert log listing in Foglight was a match for the error messages listed in the Alert Log on the database server.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
Resolve the Oracle issue causing the special characters. This is an Oracle issue. The fixes for this bug are in Oracle Metalink Note : 285586.1
RESOLUTION 2
Adjust the Oracle Alert Log match criteria in the database agent administration area.
