Description
Unable to create a new custom user-defined collection.

Cause
In the Global Administration the RMI port was set to the same listening port (from 8484 to 8484).
The FglAM attempted to set this port for the RMI communication but was unable to but since it was occupied (by itself).

Resolution
Creation of user-defined collections will not successed if the on-demand data port is set on the same number as the listener port.
Access the Global Administration ("Agent Administration" or "Administer Agents") panel and change the On-demand Data Port to a new RMI port.
