Description

Unable to Remote Control using Expert Assist after upgrading to Java version 8, Update 25.
When trying to Remote Control a Host system, a message box is displayed that reads: "Error. Click for details".
Cause

This issue is encountered after upgrading to Java Version 8, Update 25 on the Guest system.
Resolution

Status:
Development has released a HotFix that resolves this issue.
An integrated fix to this issue should be released in a future version of Desktop Authority.
Workaround:
Please Contact Support to request this HotFix.
