Getting an exclamation mark when trying to open Sites from Security Explorer
Description

When trying to open sites/permissions from Security Explorer a yellow exclamation mark appears next to the site. Please see the screenshot below:
Cause

The account running Security Explorer does not have sufficient permissions.
Resolution

Make sure the account running Security Explorer is a Site Collection administrator of the sites being displayed. Farm administrator permissions may be required if connecting to the Central admin.
