Error harvesting: The system cannot find the file specified (4289560)

I am harvesting erwin model in erwin web Portal but getting the error: The system cannot find the file specified

This error is due to the erwin model and erwin version you installed on the workstation are not the same. Please try open the erwin file in erwin to see if that is successfully, in most cases, the erwin file is created using a higher version of erwin data modeler. 

solution:

Upgrade erwin on this workstation

or

save erwin model to the version on your web portal machine
