How to use the Web Portal to produce data dictionaries?

You can use the Metadata Explorer and use the Grid report to display Table/entity/column/attributes/comments etc ( We think this is what you refer to Data dictionary report)
1 Go to Tools | Metadata Explorer
2 select the configuration where the model is stored
3. Browse | Data Model | eg. entity
4. The grid report will show entity, attributes property etc. ( you can use the option to select the objects)

5) use the download icon to export to excel
