Description
The password must be changed for the service account used to run Foglight, what needs to be updated in Foglight when the password has been changed? -
Resolution
Once credential has been updated, release the lockbox to the FglAM following the link below:
Update Database connection password, if AD Authentication is configured.
Update LDAP credentials, if LDAP is configured:
Go to Administration | Users & Security Management | Configure Directory Services | Settings | Edit | Enter the correct password and confirm it | Save.
Perform a Test Configuration and search for an LDAP user to verify if it works.For more information, please refer to this guide.
