When running the SSDM [Self Service Desktop Migrator] module to migrate mail from Notes to Outlook the following message occurs in the log file after a failed attempt.
ERROR [4968-24-34-00000000] Unable to open Global Address List
The migration in this instance was from NSF to PST
This is caused by Outlook not having been run successfully before running the SSDM module. There needs to be a valid Outlook profile for the user on that user.
