No, Change Auditor does not collect events related to the internal configuration of Active Roles (ARS) because the modifications to ARS does not result in actual modification to Active Directory.
Change Auditor integration with ARS allows to identify what is the Account used to make modification to Active Directory. The user making the modification is recorded under Initiator Username
