While configuring the Directory Connector (Notes to Exchange)
This was probably in a test lab and all the servers and consoles were running on the same machine. The LDAP Port configured on the Domino Server was conflicting with the LDAP port for Exchange
Below are the steps to resolve this issue:
1) Re configure the LDAP port in Domino; far easier to do that for Exchange, will resolve the issue.
2) Restart the LDAP task in Domino
3) You need to configure the Directory Connector with the new port number you are using in Domino.
Typically if you are are running all instances on individual machines you will not have this issue.

There is also another option: you have not set or have an incorrect Internet Password for the account you are using to log in to Notes:
RESOLUTION Enter the correct Internet password or change the Internet password in the Domino person document of the user in question.
