Tool settings are disappeared after the NME console restarted -
Description
After the NME console restarted, the tool settings are disappeared. You provided the settings but you are not able to perform the Export Notes Directory process. It may be also greyed out.

Cause
The notes.id in Notes section was changed and did have no SMTP address or corresponding Notes Name settings.

Resolution
1- Correct the notes.id' s person document to contain all necessary information
2- Verify the Shared Directories section is filled in correctly and completely.
