How to link a Mailbox to an email address on Website Admin page.
Description

Archive Manager users not updated with Journal messages
Archive Manager users are not being assigned journaling messages in their AM mailbox
Some users receive intermittent messages every now and then, and some invites, but majority of users have no messages updated since they were migrated to Office 365
Cause
Resolution
Workaround
1. Go to Archive Manager website | Administration | Mailboxes
2. Find the mailbox in the Admin page and click Edit
3. Click Email Address tab
4. Enter the O365 email Address and click Search
5. Check and click Add Selection
