During installation of the Free busy components you receive an error "CMN Free Busy connector can't be installed powershell snapins are not installed"
Despite PowerShell 2.0 being installed and listed in the Registry with the correct version, the installed shows that Powershell is not installed.

To resolve the Powershell error, make sure the Locale is set to English, either US or UK
Also make sure to run the installer as administrator.
