How to Login with 2Factor authentication to the KaceGo App (4288390)

This article provides steps on how to log in to the KaceGo App when 2Factor authentication is enabled

When 2FA is enabled on the SMA, the first time you log in to the KaceGo app, you will be request that you go to a computer and log in to configure the Google Authenticator (see below image), Instructions can be found How to Login with 2Factor authentication to the Kace SMA (4277082) 

Note: if you choose to skip you will be able to log in, but keep in mind you will have a transition window to get the Google authenticator configured, you can find out what the window is by asking your SMA Admin.

To log in to the KaceGo app when 2FA is configured:

1. On your smartphone, open the KaceGo app
2. Input your server, username and password and press Login
3. When requested, input the 2FA code (you can switch apps to the Google authenticator to get the code)

1. Touch OK and if the codes is correct, it should allow you to log in to the app
