Set Metadata Value action does not load content types (4288202)

When using the Set Metadata Value action in ControlPoint, it does not load any or all of the appropriate content types.

ControlPoint will be unable to display the content types in the Set Metadata Value action if:

1. The Managed Metadata Service is not associated with the ControlPoint Web Application.
2. The ControlPoint service account does not have READ permission to the Managed Metadata Service Application.

Associate the Managed Metadata Service with the ControlPoint Web Application and assign at least READ permission for the ControlPoint service account to the Managed Metadata Service Application.
