Migrated users are not able to open notes doc link from outlook, when users are accessing Notes via a Citrix desktop.
When accessing a Notes document link using the Citrix client it appears that the server was mapping the for Data drive on server instead of looking from local Citrix desktop.
The Cirix environment will need to be investigated to check if the local settings can be modified.
This is not a CMN issue. No action required.
