When upgrading the Desktop Authority (DA) Administrative and Update services on Domain Controllers (DC) from the DA Manager console a Querying or Calculating status is shown.
This causes problems when trying to update the services and are not able to do so since it is always refreshing.

Under Deployment Settings | Server Manager do the following:
1. Select the DC that needs its services upgraded.
2. On the upper drop-down menus, navigate to the Administrative or Update service and select "Stop".
3. Once stopped, try to upgrade the services.
4. The services will start automatically once upgraded to the latest version.
As an alternate way, remote in to the DC and using the Windows's Services console (services.msc) stop the Desktop Authority Administrative Service and/or the Desktop Authority Update Service and retry upgrading the services from the DA Manager console.
