Description
After installing Spotlight on Messaging 7.x on a 2003 server, when attempting to create a Server Health Test (Any Test) and click finish the following error appears:
An Fatal Internal Error Occurred. Please contact Quest Software Tech Support for assistance.

Cause
Windows updates need to be run on the 2003 server hosting Spotlight on Messaging
XMLparser issue suspected.One of the updates on Windows Server 2003 had a buggy xml parser. -
Resolution
Run all Windows Updates on the host 2003 server to ensure all xml parser updates are current. Reboot server to apply the updates then attempt to create a server test against an Exchange server.
