ControlPoint Business Administrator unable to expand the SharePoint Hierarchy
Description

When a Business Administrator launches ControlPoint, he/she is unable to expand the SharePoint Hierarchy to see site(s) he/she has permissions to.
Cause

Business Administrators are unable to expand the SharePoint Hierarchy, by default. An additional parameter must be enabled for the users to see their site(s).
Resolution
1. Open the ControlPoint Configuration Site (e.g. http://servername:1818).
2. Select the ControlPoint Settings List and expand the "Business Administrators Functionality" category.
3. Edit the "SHOWALLBASITES" parameter and change its value to "true".
4. Save the parameter.
5. Recycle the ControlPoint application pool in IIS Manager.
