When attempting to upgrade Recovery Manager for Exchange (RMEX) from 4.x to 4.9 the following error message is received:
Missing valid licenses for the following features:
Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.9: License not found.
To continue the installation, specify a valid license file.
Licensing of Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.9 has changed and customers must contact their Quest Software Account Manager or licensing@quest.com to have their existing license upgraded to work with RMEx v 4.9.
Please contact your Quest Software Account Manager to receive a new license or contact licensing@quest.com quoting your existing license number, Name and Email Address.
The version number for a valid 4.9 license file should say
Version=4.x
