No access to Manager Console when using a smart card authentication reader.
Description

No access to Manager Console is possible, a critical error is received and an event logged on DAConsole.log file:
2018/08/15 12:33:10.352 ERROR [10] LogInstance : Login user failed:
System.TimeoutException: This request operation sent to net.tcp://localhost:57238/ScriptLogic.Manager.WinSvc did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:10:00).
Cause

The server containing the application needs a smart card authentication or similar process to authenticate users. Software waits for a reply from Active Directory and none is received since no card is slided on reader.
Resolution

Using Windows Authentication option will transfer the credentials approval from Windows to application, letting the user get access to console
