vCloud Director agent setup fails (4286340)

vCloud Director agent setup fails and below error is logged in the discovery agent log:

You may want to contact customer support if you see this error again: vCloud client connection failed .
com.vmware.vcloud.sdk.VCloudException: 5.1 API Version Not Supported

vCloud Director cartridge currenlty supports versions 5.1 & 5.5
