Attempting to run the ControlPoint Set List Properties throws the error message below:

The file you are attempting to save or retrieve has been blocked from this Web site by the server administrators.

The file being changed may be a blocked file type in the environment. If a file is listed as a blocked file type, SharePoint will prohibit the file from being saved, retrieved or updated from any WAP on the server.
