When trying to run the StoragePoint License Verification Job manually, the following error is received with a correlation ID:
A Timer job can only be run on a server where the timer service is installed.
The job also fails to run at the set time.

Cause
This issue may occur when the SharePoint server that the StoragePoint License Verification Job was set to run on was removed from the SharePoint farm.

Resolution
To change the StoragePoint License Verification Timer Job to be able to run on another SharePoint server (preferably a Web Front end) the following can be downloaded:-
1. Download the following tool depending on the version of SharePointhttp://storagepoint.metalogix.com/downloads/StoragePointSupportTool2007.zip
http://storagepoint.metalogix.com/downloads/StoragePointSupportTool2010.zip
2. Extract the zipped file in a folder and Right Click the StoragePointSupportToolXXXX.exe and select "Run As Administrator"
3. Click on the License -> Change License job server
4. Select the SharePoint server from the drop down that will run the StoragePoint License Verification job and select Update.
The Job should now be able to run without error.
