Do you have to install Toad for Data Analyst (TDA) separate?

Yes you do. You can install it by running the Toad for Oracle installer and selecting to install Toad for Data Analyst. You can also grab the independent TDA installer from SupportLink. Either way, the TDA product is the same. You can install TDA without installing Toad for Oracle.
