Yes, Cisco hardware is supported, but not by default... the option "Other" needs to be selected in the drop-down menu in the Infrastructure tab.
Boot and eject scripts/commands provided by the vendor will need to be used for it to work correctly.
An enhancement has been submitted to have the Cisco hardware supported by default in the Forest console.
