During the installation of StoragePoint, an error message is thrown saying "Provisioning Failed".

Cause
The installer needs the SharePoint Timer Service to be running on all of the servers to ensure that the solution is deployed successfully.

Resolution
Customer should perform an IIS Reset and restart the SharePoint Timer Service on each WFE and application server in the farm, and then attempt installation again.
