Remove date from the filename of scheduled reports (4285908)

The file name of reports generated by a schedule template in Enterprise Reporter includes the date of the creation. 

Since this file name follows a specific format, it's static and is not possible to remove the date from the name.   

The Enhancement request for this is 1775. This enhancement will be considered for inclusion in a future release of Enterprise Reporter.
