Full Text Search does not display search results when all users check box is turned on. When running a Full Text search on a specific mailbox with the same search conditions as above the results appear as per normal.
Additionally a message may be shown as follows: The search you are performing is too broad
The Full Text Max Results is set to 5000 by default in the Archive Manager Configuration Editor. This provides search results of 5000 lines.
1. Log on to the Archive manager website as an administrator.
2. Click on Storage Statistics and note the number of Total Messages.
3. Open the Archive Manager Configuration editor.
4. Change Full Text Max Results so it matches the number of Total Messages.
5. Restart the Archive Manager Full Text Search Service.
