Exchange agent does not collect data due to Login error (4285367)

Exchange agent is unable to collect data from monitored Exchange server and the agent log file show below error

at com.quest.agent.exc.ExchangeAgentImpl.startDataCollection

Additionally Windows Security event log on the target Exchange server shows Login failure for the userID used by Exchange agent

ID the NETBIOS name of Active Directory domain does not match with its corresponding DNS name, the user authentication fails

Issue fixed in Cartridge for Microsoft Exchange version 5.5.8.1 (ExchangeMonitoring-5_5_8_1.car). This version can be downloaded at https://support.quest.com/foglight/download-new-releases
