What is a Site ID and where do I get it?
Description

User needs to register for Support Link but does not know what a Site ID is or where to get one.
Resolution

To get you Site ID please create a case directly with Customer Service and include your license number, business email and other pertinent information in order to help expedite your request.

Note: Your Site ID and Site Message are two different things. Site ID is for registering for Support Link at support.quest.com. Site Message is for registering your TOAD for SQL Server software.
