User needs to register for Support Link but does not know what a Site ID is or where to get one. -
Resolution
To get you Site ID please contact Quest Support Administrator at supportadmin@quest.com.
Note: Your Site ID and Site Message are two different things. Site ID is for registering for Support Link at support.quest.com. Site Message is for registering your TOAD for SQL Server software.
