After changing the ChangeAuditor Coordinator computer NETBIOS name, Client and Agents cannot connect (4284884)

After the computer name (machine name, NETBIOS) of the ChangeAuditor Coordinator is changed, the ChangeAuditor Agent and ChangeAuditor client may be unable to connect to the ChangeAuditor Coordinator.

The Service Connection Points objects associated with ChangeAuditor Coordinator Active Directory computer object were not updated and continue to refer to the old ChangeAuditor Coordinator computer name.

1. Stop the ChangeAuditor Coordinator service.
2. On a Domain Controller, Open ADSIEdit.msc and navigate to the computer object for the ChangeAuditor server
3. Delete the Service Connection Points (SCPs) listed under the server object (CN=Quest.ChangeAuditor.Repository and CN=Quest.ChangeAuditor.Coordinator)
4. Start the ChangeAuditor Coordinator Service on the ChangeAuditor server.  This will recreate the SCP.
5. Refresh ADSIEdit.msc to ensure the SCP was recreated
