Description
Issued an alphanumeric Authorization Key which cannot be entered into the registration field. The registration field does not accept alphabet letters.

Cause
Quest has begun issue a new alpha-number Authorization Key format for Toad for Oracle 10 and above. This format will not be accepted by version 9.7.2.5 and below.

Resolution
The alpha-numeric Authorization Keys applies to Toad for Oracle 10 and above. Please download the latest version of Toad for Oracle from https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=home.
