SQL Activity Lock List, and Wait Statistic show "No data collected at this time" in playback even 5 minutes before real time.
Resolution

SQL Activity tends to be resource intensive, so by design not everything is turned on by default.
For both the Locks, and Wait Statistics please enable collection for the following scheduling:
- Configure | Scheduling | Locks List
- Configure | Scheduling | Wait Statistic Details
