When the script task of "Upload a File" is used, this action will upload a file to the Device's Inventory page, under the section "Software | Uploaded Files".
Currently, there's not a button that allows the deletion of uploaded files.
The only workaround currently possible, is to either archive or delete the device from Inventory, so that it can cleanup these files, and when it checks back in, the files won't be there any more.
Warning: When deleting a device, its Asset History, Service Desk ticket association, Patching History will be deleted. Most of this information will be re-populated once it checks-in and Patch Schedules run on it.
