Starting SQL Optimizer from Toad gave "Authorization key does not include SQL Tuning option."
The license key does not include the SQL Optimizer option.
A SQL Optimizer license is required.
Go to 'Help | Licensing' (in Toad) and see if 'SQL Optimizer' is listed as an option or an add-on. For older versions of Toad, go to 'Help | Support Bundle' to see if SQL Optimizer is listed.
If you have another key set where SQL Optimizer is included, please enter that key and re-test the issue.
