Startup and exit Toad caused virus scan to block WmiPrvSe.exe. (4284572)

When Toad launches or shuts down, Symantec blocks the wmiprvse.exe with the following message:

Application and Device Control rule Block writing to removable media | Block writing to all files and folders has blocked WmiPrvSE.exe trying to access D:\
