Description
Issue extracting wrapped Oracle database packages from definition files. Packages extracted to SQL file and loaded to another database. On loading attempt Oracle error message appears like one below for some packages (30 out of 100 approx). As package is wrapped we cannot find the exact root cause of this issue.
PLS-00753: malformed or corrupted wrapped unit -
Cause
Wrapped packages were extracted from one database and loaded to another computer with different NLS settings.

Resolution
Ensure that the NLS settings on both computers match.
