Running Schema Compare on a ZOS server and the result shows other tables that do not exist in those schemas.
Those tables in question may be Auxiliary tables. In Database Browser they are shown in the Auxiliary Table tab. In Schema Compare all kind of tables are shown in one node. Enhancement request has been submitted to separate the tables into different nodes.
RESOLUTION 1:
Uncheck the tables from the Result pane that you do not need.

RESOLUTION 2:
Use the compare filter icons to narrow things down:
- Missing icon (red arrow): Displays objects that exist on the target, but are missing from the source. If you run a new compare with the source and target reversed, Missing and Additional objects are also reversed. This option is selected by default.
- Additional icon (green arrow): Displays objects that exist on the source, but are missing from the target. If you run a new compare with the source and target reversed, Missing and Additional objects are also reversed. This option is selected by default.
