Solution:

You need to add a schema owner user to the tables that have the comments. SQL Server requires a schema owner user in order to generate the comments.

In the Forward Engineer Schema Generation Options, please check on Comments and Schema under Other Options.

Article ID: 2945 I add new tables to my model. When I go to Forward Engineer, the table comments are missing in the DDL after a derive model.
