Reverse Engineer Connection Window Never Appears and Process Never Begins (4284267)

Description:

When attempting to Reverse Engineer, after pressing NEXT on the "Reverse Engineer - Set Options" screen, connection window does not appear and process never begins. Blank diagram is opened. 

Solution:

Resetting the erwin registry should resolve this issue. Here are the steps.

1. Close the erwin Data Modeler application:

2. Open the Registry Editor by going to Start->Run, and type in REGEDIT, click OK.

3. Go to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\erwin\Data Modeler\9.X

Rename this so that it is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\erwin\Data Modeler\9.XOLD

4. Restart erwin Data Modeler.

After Data Modeler is launched, this process creates a new folder named 9.X which now uses the default parameters. The issue should now be resolved.
