Description
Drilling down into a old error log alert or going back to a playback period for error logs reults "Playback data is not available."
SoSSE-3968 changed the error in v11.1 to "Playback data is not saved for this drilldown due to size restrictions."

Resolution
Due to the size of the SQL Server error logs, Spotlight doesn't keep playback history. Hence choosing "Diagnose" for an older error log alarm or choosing any playback period results in a playback error.Spotlight will display error log at real time only and you can click on the 'Error Log" button on the top to access it. -
