User does not have required "View" permission on "Reports". Please contact the Mart Administrator (4284093)

Using the Mart Administrator (web browser), add the permission Reports | View to the users in question.

NOTE:  that permission must be added at the mart level in order for that to work.  One way to do that may be to go to Profile Management and to create a new profile named 'Reporting.  In the profile Reporting, only check on the privilege View that is under Reports (see figure 1).  Now go to Permission Management. At the mart level, please add the modeler user to the profile named Reporting (figure 2).
