I have the Single Record Viewer opened but when I click away from Toad into another opened application and click back to Toad, the Single Record Viewer is gone and you cannot bring it back even by right-clicking in the Data Grid and selecting the Single Record Viewer again.
WORKAROUND:
Restore Down your Toad window and the Single Record Viewer should re-appear. See screens shot SOL67084.jpg for the window 'Restore Down' button.
Status:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
