Description
An FTP account is required to upload support bundles directly to Quest Support. How to get such an account? -
Cause
There are support bundles that can not be uploaded via the Quest Support Site. -
Resolution
By default the support bundles should be uploaded to the service request via the support page.
If the file is bigger than 100 MB please contact Quest support to get the needed FTP link and login.
