1. Go to "Configure | Alarm Actions" and check your existing actions to make sure there isn't a general action that has a suppress alarm condition.
2. Go to "Configure | Alarms" and look at the specific alarm in question to make sure it isn't disabled. If would also be a good idea to look at the alarms of the specific connection to make sure that the alarms are not disabled per connection.
3. Go to "Configure | Alarms" and make sure the threshold set matches the expectation.
