Description
Though Shareplex can be run in archivelog or noarchivelog on both source and target, on source it is highly desirable to run it in archivelog mode whereas on target it can be run in either mode, though running it in archivelog mode has many advantages. The question arises as to whether a target database can be resync'd and recovered using hotbackup reconcile if it is running in noarchivelog mode.
